Yuba City Real Estate

The word add-on stopped working, but now I have figured out how to publish to Blogger by email. So it is a few extra steps and I lose all the formatting, so it is less than idea, but I am able to publish posts this way and it sort of works.

I type them up and then email them to blogger and they are added to the blog.

This gets around the problems of posting online, and it also gives me a back up copy that is saved by my email program each time I send a post.

I am not sure where I left off, but currently I have 2 houses in Yuba City and one in Browns Valley and the bottom has completely dropped out.

For example one house in Yuba City was apprised at the end of 2006 for $385,000

I paid $248,000 for it and thought I got a great deal, now I have spend more than $20,000 with interest and expenses and fix up. Today I just got an offer for $250,000 and I told the person I would accept it.

There are dozens of houses like the one I have listed for sale at around $325,000 and this threw me off at first, then I realized that these houses are listed at what the people owe.

They all have loans for $325,000 and when they don't sell then they will turn them all over to the banks.

So looking at the listing prices in this kind of a market is not going to help you determine the value at all.
